This is a tough decision for me to make. I want you guys to know that I appreciate each and every single one of my clients, and hope that you all understand. I have been lenient when it comes to enforcing appointment policies because I know that sometimes things may come up, and life happens, but it is not fair to me, or to other clients.
Because I value the time and needs of all clients, I ask that if you need to make any changes to your appointment, please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you make any changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or not showing up to your appointment, you will be charged a fee. This includes rescheduling, changing the number of services booked, no-show and cancellation.
Please book your appointments while at your appointment for the next so I don't have to do it outside of salon hours

- Rescheduling/Cancellation: 50% of the scheduled services.
- No-Show: 100% of the scheduled services.
